1. Agreement Overview
1.1 This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("you", "user") and the Sprol development team ("we", "us", "our").
1.2 By using the Sprol mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1.3 If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use Sprol.
2.2 If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2.3 You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
3. Description of Service
3.1 Sprol is a platform for interactive dialogue with AI-generated virtual characters.
3.2 Features include:
a. AI chat with fictional personas
b. Character customization
c. Scenario-based roleplay and storytelling
d. Personal content creation (text inputs, prompts)
3.3 All characters are fictional and generated by algorithms. They do not represent real individuals.
4. User Obligations
4.1 You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and this Agreement.
4.2 You must not:
a. Violate any laws or third-party rights
b. Use the Service for harassment, abuse, or hate speech
c. Submit harmful, sexually exploitative, or offensive content
d. Reverse engineer, disrupt, or damage the Service infrastructure
4.3 You are responsible for your own actions and any content you submit.
5. User Content
5.1 "User Content" includes text inputs, prompts, character names, and other content you create or submit.
5.2 You retain ownership of your User Content.
5.3 By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt it within the platform as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
5.4 You agree not to submit any content that infringes upon copyright, trademarks, or the rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All platform-generated content, app code, design, graphics, and trademarks belong to us or our licensors.
6.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6.3 You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Service without our written consent.
7. Privacy
7.1 By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
7.2 We may collect basic analytics, crash logs, and usage data to improve functionality.
7.3 Conversations are generally not stored permanently unless required for debugging, moderation, or legal compliance.
7.4 We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
8.1 Certain features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions.
8.2 Prices and billing details are provided at the point of purchase.
8.3 All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
8.4 We reserve the right to adjust pricing or subscription offerings with prior notice.
9. Changes to the Agreement
9.1 We may modify this Agreement at any time.
9.2 Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
9.3 Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
